No shocking result in a game in Columbia where third ranked Coyotes (9-2) defeated 8th ranked Lions (2-6) 140-130 on Friday. Lions were plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Quincy Washington (198-90, college: Allen) fired 29 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Forward Isaiah Hobbs (193-96, college: Barry, agency: Green Sports Management) chipped in 31 points (perfect from the field making all twelve shots !!!). Forward Emilio Parks (198-93, college: JCSU) produced 25 points and 8 rebounds and forward RJ Palmer (201, college: W.Nebraska) added 22 points and 12 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Coyotes have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 9-2 record having eleven points less than leader San Diego G. Lions lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
