No shocking result in a game when second ranked Outlaws (10-2) defeated at home 6th ranked Finest (3-6) 126-116 on Sunday. Outlaws made 39-of-50 free shots (78.0 percent) during the game, while Finest only scored eighteen points from the stripe. Outlaws forced 19 Finest turnovers and outrebounded them 57-16 including a 26-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Finest was plagued by 35 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was center Chance Comanche (211-96, college: Arizona) who had a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 17 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). Forward Tavares Sledge (203-92, college: USC Aiken, agency: PBAplayers Agency) chipped in a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Craig Sword (190-94, college: MSU) who recorded 29 points and 5 steals and forward Devonte Patterson (201-96, college: PVAMU) added 17 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Outlaws maintains second position with 10-2 record having just one point less than leader San Diego G. Loser Finest keeps the sixth place with six games lost. Outlaws will have a break next round. Finest will play against Lightning (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
