Leader Jackals delivered the ninth win. This time they beat 6th ranked Admirals (3-6) 134-116 in Jamestown. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Admirals. Jackals made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Admirals turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. It was a good game for point guard Christian Nobles (175-92, college: USC Aiken) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 31 points, 11 assists and 6 steals. Guard Jonathan Lee (188-90, college: Northeastern) contributed with 21 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. Swingman Malik Thomas (201-92, college: Norfolk St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!), 15 rebounds and 4 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) and forward Ken Woodard (202-89, college: Virginia St.) added 23 points in the effort for Admirals. Four Jackals and five Admirals players scored in double figures. Jackals have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 9-2 record, which they share with 3 other teams. Admirals at the other side keep the sixth place with six games lost. They share the position with Tampa Bay T. and Omaha F.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
