Third-ranked Thoroughbreds (5-4) made lots of trouble for first ranked Bobcats (9-2). Bobcats managed to secure only three-point victory 107-104. However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Thoroughbreds. Bobcats had a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Point guard Eugene German (183-97, college: NIU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 32 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Trey Mitchell (196-95, college: WWU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Guard Jaiveon Eaves (188-98, college: Murray St.) answered with 25 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Darhius Nunn (175-98, college: PBA) added 18 points and 10 assists in the effort for Thoroughbreds. Four Bobcats and five Thoroughbreds players scored in double figures. Bobcats maintains first place with 9-2 record, which they share with 3 other teams. Thoroughbreds at the other side keep the third position with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
