Regular Season Round 17: Dallas S. - Enid O. 114-111

A very close game took place in Dallas between Skyline and Outlaws. Fourth ranked Skyline (6-5) got a very close home victory over second-ranked Outlaws (10-2). Skyline managed to escape with a 3-point win 114-111 on Saturday evening. Skyline dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Outlaws' 50. Guard Wesley Harris (203-97, college: Tennessee St.) stepped up and scored 24 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and guard Elton Dyer (193-94, college: TAMUK) chipped in 21 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Center Chance Comanche (211-96, college: Arizona) responded with 38 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and Charlie Marquardt (193-95, college: Molloy, agency: Green Sports Management) scored 18 points and 9 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Skyline maintains fourth place with 6-5 record. Loser Outlaws keep the second position with two games lost. Skyline will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Outlaws will play against Finest and hope to secure a win.
