The game between Top Four teams took place in Las Vegas. Second ranked host Ballers (6-3) defeated leader Guardians (7-2) 113-105. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Ballers players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 12 blocks. It was a good game for forward Jordan Swopshire (201-95, college: Colgate) who led his team to a victory with 37 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. Center Jalen McGaughy (210-94, college: Dillard) contributed with a triple-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 11 blocks for the winners. Swopshire is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Dominic McGuire (206-85, college: Fresno St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists and forward Billy White (203-89, college: SDSU, agency: Interperformances) added 22 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Guardians. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Ballers. They maintain second place with 6-3 record having four points less than leader San Diego G., which they share with Indy E. Guardians at the other side still keep top position with two games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
