Regular Season Round 15: Little Rock L. - Dallas S. 96-107

Rather predictable result in Little Rock where fourth ranked Skyline (5-5) defeated 6th ranked Lightning (3-7) 107-96 on Sunday. Skyline forced 25 Lightning turnovers and had a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for swingman Ricardo Artis III (198-93, college: Wiley, agency: Green Sports Management) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds. Swingman Lyle Lexom (195-95) helped adding 20 points and 10 rebounds. Worth to mention Artis III played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped get the job in pro basketball. The best for the losing side was guard Deonta Terrell (193-92, college: A&M-Commerce) with 29 points and power forward Percell Washington (198-96, college: CBC) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the third consecutive win for Skyline. They maintain fourth place with 5-5 record. Loser Lightning keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. Skyline will face Leopards (#7) in Lewisville in the next round.
