Regular Season Round 12: Little Rock L. - Midtown P. 109-104

The game between closely ranked teams ended with bottom-ranked Prestige's (0-7) road loss to eighth ranked Lightning (2-6) 104-109 on Sunday. Lightning forced 27 Prestige turnovers. Prestige was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was power forward Percell Washington (198-96, college: CBC) who had a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds. Guard Deonta Terrell (193-92, college: A&M-Commerce) chipped in 26 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Michael Zeno (198-95, college: New Orleans) who recorded 20 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and forward Devon Andrews (198, college: FIU) added 24 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Lightning moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Lewisville L. Loser Prestige still closes the standings with seven games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
