TBL top team - Outlaws (7-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed eighth ranked Lightning (2-6) in Little Rock 100-80. They outrebounded Lightning 51-25 including a 33-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was center Chance Comanche (211-96, college: Arizona) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 18 rebounds. Charlie Marquardt (193-95, college: Molloy, agency: Green Sports Management) chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds. Marquardt attended previously one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball. Power forward Percell Washington (198-96, college: CBC) produced 22 points and guard Deonta Terrell (193-92, college: A&M-Commerce) added 23 points respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Outlaws have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 7-0 record. Lightning lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with six games lost. Outlaws will meet at home Royals (#4) in the next round. Lightning will play against Prestige and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
