Regular Season Round 5: Flint Utd - Detroit H. 134-61

United has registered their first victory this season after two consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Hustle (0-4) 134-61. United well out of reach of Hustle shooting 98.1 percent from the field. They shot the lights out from three nailing 17 long-distance shots on high 94.4 percentage. United players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists comparing to just 4 passes made by Hustle's players. Swingman Jamyrin Jackson (192-98) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field). Guard Chris Barton (189-96, college: Niagara) contributed with 23 points (perfect from the field making all nine shots !!!) for the winners. Barton is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five United players scored in double figures. Guard Jody Hill Jr (188-92, college: Livingstone) answered with 20 points (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) and swingman Stewart Deangelo (196-95, college: PFW, agency: Promo Sport ID) added 16 points (perfect from the field making all six shots) in the effort for Hustle. United (1-2) left bottom position moving up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams. It was Hustle's fourth loss in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost. United will have a break next round. Hustle will play against Thoroughbreds (#4) in Owensboro and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
