TBL top team - Stallions (3-1) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat sixth ranked Admirals (1-2) in Syracuse 93-82. Stallions made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. Point guard Jimmy Gray (183-91, college: Binghamton) stepped up and scored 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and center Jacquil Taylor (208-95, college: Hofstra) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks. Five Stallions players scored in double figures. Power forward Joshua Nurse (208-97, college: SFC) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and swingman Malik Thomas (201-92, college: Norfolk St.) scored 14 points. Stallions have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 3-1 record, which they share with Jamestown J. and Houston P. Loser Admirals dropped to the fifth position with two games lost. Stallions will face league's leader Jackals in Jamestown in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
