Regular Season Round 3: Scarborough - Niagara 95-87

Shooting Stars defeated River Lions in Toronto 95-87 . Scarborough players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 9 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for Jamaican-Canadian guard Kadre Gray (186-1997, college: Laurentian) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Jackson Rowe (201-1997, college: CS Fullerton) accounted for 13 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side. Guard Jahvon Henry-Blair (193-1998, college: Georgetown) came up with 22 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Omari Moore (198-2000, college: SJSU) added 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Niagara in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
