Shooting Stars looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Honey Badgers' players. American point guard Anthony Barber (188-1994, college: NC State) fired 32 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. His fellow American import center Kyree Walker (198-2000) chipped in 25 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Shooting Stars' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Callum Baker (188-2000, college: Flagler) produced 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Zane Waterman (203-1995, college: Manhattan) added 10 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Shooting Stars and five Honey Badgers players scored in double figures.
