Regular Season Round 4: Montreal - Brampton 82-94

The game in Montreal was quite interesting. Fourth ranked Honey Badgers (4-2) played at the court of 6th ranked Alliance (2-3). Honey Badgers defeated Alliance 94-82 on Sunday. Honey Badgers made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Koby McEwen (193-1997, college: Weber St.) who helped to win the game recording 28 points (made all of his nine free throws !!!) and American forward Zane Waterman (203-1995, college: Manhattan) who added 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Honey Badgers players scored in double figures. Honey Badgers' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American guard Treveon Graham (198-1993, college: VCU) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists and his fellow American import point guard Blake Francis (183-1998, college: Richmond) scored 25 points and 4 assists. Honey Badgers have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion moved-up to third place, which they share with Ottawa. Alliance lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with three games lost. Honey Badgers is looking forward to face Bandits (#7) in Langley in the next round. Alliance will have a break next round.
