Leprechauns made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Bobcats helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for power forward Hunter Bode (203-2000, college: UNOH) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 15 rebounds and 5 blocks (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Guard Derek Hawthorne Jr (192-1997, college: UT Martin) helped adding 20 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. The best for the losing side was guard Larry Plummer (190-1996, college: Missouri Valley) with 33 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds and swingman Tremont Moore (197-1998, college: Co.Georgia) scored 28 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
