Fire shot 33 for 44 from the free-throw line, while Ads Sentinels only scored thirteen points from the stripe. They outrebounded Ads Sentinels 50-30 including a 37-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Fire looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was point guard Daylon Guy (183-1992, college: Tarleton St.) who had a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 14 rebounds and 9 assists. Isaiah Wade (201-1998, college: UCO, agency: Origins Sports Group) chipped in 23 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Forward Anthony Crump (203-1999, college: W.Michigan) produced 18 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Tiras Morton (196-2001, college: LCU) added 19 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
