Golden State Valkyries waived Maupin

The Golden State Valkyries waived 22-year-old 5-10 guard Bailey Maupin (college: Texas Tech) during the roster cuts.
She just graduated from Texas Tech University with averages of 15.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.6 steals per game, and it is her first season in pro basketball.
She was a member of the USA University National Team last year. Maupin was voted to the WBCA Coaches All-America Honorable Mention in 2026.
