Seattle Storm confirmed in their roster 26-year old Australian international center Eziyoda Magbegor (6'4''-1999) for the new 2026 season. She played there last season. In 47 WNBA games, she recorded 7.8ppg, 6.1rpg, 2.1apg, and 2.1bpg. Quite an impressive season as she was voted to the WNBA All-Defensive Second Team. The last team she played for was ZVVZ USK Praha in the Czech Republic league. She also played 16 games in the Czech Republic where she averaged 14.9ppg, 6.8rpg, 1.5apg, 1.1spg, and 1.6bpg.
In 2019, she was selected by the Seattle Storm (WNBA) in the first round (12th overall) draft.
Magbegor has been a member of the Australian international program for some years. She has regularly played for the Australian senior team since 2018 and previously for the University National Team in 2019.
Magbegor also represented Australia at the FIBA Olympic Games in Paris (France) two years ago. Her team won Bronze and she averaged over 11 points per game.
She has played also in Australia (Boomers, Canberra Capitals, Diamond Valley Eagles, United and Coburg Giants), Czech Republic and Hungary (Sopron). Magbegor won EuroLeague championship title in 2025. She was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Czech Republic League All-Defensive Team in 2025.
