Tyasha Harris joins Fever

Indiana Fever agreed terms with 27-year old ex-international point guard Tyasha Harris (5'10''-1998, college: S.Carolina) for new 2026 season. She played last summer at Dallas Wings. In 5 WNBA games Last season she had 4.6ppg, 1.0rpg and 2.6apg. The last season she played at Liaoning Hengye in Chinese league.
In 2020 she was drafted by Dallas Wings (WNBA) in first round (7th overall).
The former University of South Carolina star is in her seventh season in pro basketball.
She was also a member of the USA international program for some years. Harris played for USA Senior National Team back in 2019 and previously for the Under 19 National Team in 2017.
She is quite experienced player. Her career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in four different countries. Harris tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. She has played professionally in China, Russia (Nika), Turkey (Kayseri and Cankaya) and other WNBA team (Connecticut Sun).
Among many awards she played in the final of Citizen Naismith Trophy in 2020. Harris was also voted Nancy Lieberman Poing Guard of the Year Award Finalist back in 2020.
