Tiffany Mitchell joins Storm

Seattle Storm agreed to terms with 30-year-old ex-international point guard Tiffany Mitchell (5'9''-1994, college: S.Carolina). She played this summer with LV Aces. In 16 WNBA games last season, she averaged 3.7ppg and 1.8rpg.
In 2016, she was selected by the Indiana Fever (WNBA) in the first round (9th overall) of the draft.
She graduated from the University of South Carolina and it'll be her 11th season in pro basketball. Mitchell was a member of the USA Senior National Team between 2015 and 2020.
She is a very experienced player. Her career allowed her to visit four different continents, while she played in six different countries. Mitchell tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Australia, Africa and of course North America. She has played professionally in Australia (Boomers), Israel (Elitzur Ramla and Hapoel Jerusalem), Russia (Nadezhda), Turkey (Mersin BSB, Galatasaray, Kayseri and Ormanspor), other WNBA teams (Connecticut Sun and Minnesota Lynx) and Rwanda (REG BBC Kigali). Her team made it to the Israeli League Semifinals in 2025.
Among many awards, she was voted ESPNW All-NCAA Division I Third Team and was selected to WBCA NCAA Division I All-Americans Honorable Mention during 2016.
