The Women's Minor League Basketball Association (WMLBA), is extremely excited about becoming basketball's premier women's minor league. We are ecstatic regarding sponsorship considerations for the 2019 season. Many young women who play collegiate basketball don't have the opportunity to play professional basketball after college. These phenomenal young women have worked hard for years and fell short of a professional career not because of a lack of talent, but the lack of an opportunity. The Women's Minor League Basketball Association (WMLBA) has been developed to provide opportunities to women in professional basketball. The mission of the Women's Minor League Basketball Association (WMLBA) is to give women a platform to create their own legacies by presenting them with opportunities to showcase their talents as professional athletes. The league will guide post-collegiate athletes who need the guidance, training, and exposure necessary to play professional basketball.
The Women's Minor League Basketball Association (WMLBA) will teach these young women not only a professional basketball skill set but most importantly how to use basketball to pave the way for a prosperous future (economic development, continuing education, healthy lifestyles, and innovation) with your generous support in mind to assist.
