Wentworth set to name Chornyei as next Head Basketball Coach

D3 Wentworth Institute of Technology will hire Jason Chornyei as their new head men’s basketball coach. Chornyei has spent the past five seasons as an assistant at D3 Stevens Institute of Technology. Prior to his time on the Stevens staff, Chornyei worked as an assistant at Muhlenberg for one season, and spent four years before that as an assistant at his alma mater Drew. Prior to entering the coaching ranks, Chornyei was the Facilities and Operations Graduate Assistant at Indiana State. An official announcement on this hiring is expected sometime this week.
