Head coach: Bob Schlosser

Bob Schlosser and Joe Campoli, the two head coaches, have been recipients of the NABC Division III Distinguished Service Award. The longest tenured and winningest coach in Elizabethtown men's basketball history, Schlosser guided the Blue Jays for 27 seasons before retiring following the 2016-17 season. His teams won 364 games, made 16 postseason appearances and four trips to the Division III NCAA Tournament. In 2002, the Blue Jays went all the way to the Division III championship game before coming up short against Otterbein. A master of the flex offense, Schlosser mentored 11 of Elizabethtown's 32 1,000-point scorers and earned conference coach of the year honors four times (1992-93, 1998-99, 2000-01, 2001-02). Taking over as the head coach at Ohio Northern for the 1992-93 season, Campoli didn't wait long to make an impression. The Polar Bears won their first 18 games and went on to win the NCAA Division III championship, finishing with a 28-2 won-lost record. In 17 seasons, Campoli's teams had a 254-101 won-lost record and he earned Division III National Coach of the Year honors in 1993 and 2001 while being named the Ohio Athletic Conference Coach of the Year four times. Campoli and his 1993 ONU championship team were inducted into the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame in 2011.
