Here is the weekly review of the top performing Roadrunners alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Nick Kay (6'9''-F/C-92, graduated '15, plays pro in New Zealand) led Wellington Saints to a victory over the closely-ranked Hawks (1-1) crushing them 106-79 in the New Zealand NBL in Friday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Kay had a double-double by scoring 25 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 8 assists in 27 minutes. It was his first game for Wellington Saints this season. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. His team are placed second in the NBL. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.

#2. Brandon Jefferson (5'9''-PG-91, graduated '14, plays in France) could not help Entente Orleans 45 (18-8) in their last game on Friday. Despite Jefferson's very good performance Entente Orleans 45 was edged 84-82 on the road by the lower-ranked C'Chartres (#4). He was the top scorer with 20 points. It's Jefferson's first season with the team. Jefferson has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 15.7ppg, 2.8rpg, 5.5apg and 1.1spg.

#3. Mitchell McCarron (6'3''-G-92, graduated '15, currently in New Zealand) contributed to a 3-point SIT Zero Fees Southland Sharks' victory against the league outsider Rams (0-1) 95-92 in the New Zealand NBL on Sunday night. He had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 11 rebounds. McCarron also added 7 assists in 38 minutes. It was his first game for SIT Zero Fees Southland Sharks this season. His team are placed third in the NBL. But the season just started, so everything may happen.

#4. Experienced David Barlow (6'9''-F-83, graduated '03, plays pro in Australia) was not able to help Sandringham Sabres (0-3) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Barlow's very good performance the 18th-placed Sandringham Sabres (0-3) were crushed 100-78 in Wantirna South by the much higher-ranked Knox Raiders (#4) in the NBL1 group. He was the top scorer with 24 points. Barlow also added 9 rebounds. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. This season Barlow has very high stats. He averages 23.0ppg, 9.5rpg and 2.5apg.

#5. Cameron Williams (6'1''-G-95, graduated '18, plays in Australia) was the main contributor in a 2-point East Perth Eagles' victory against the 14th-ranked Slammers (0-7) 85-83 in the Australian State League (second division) last Friday. Williams was MVP of the game. He recorded 19 points and added 5 assists in 32 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Williams' first season in pro basketball. East Perth Eagles (4-12) are placed in SBL group. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. Williams has very impressive stats this year 18.5ppg, 3.8rpg, 3.7apg and 2.5spg in six games he played so far.

#6. Drew Williamson (6'5''-G/F-83, graduated '06, currently in Australia) is a teammate of previously mentioned Cameron Williams and both played together in the last Australian State League game. Williamson contributed to a 2-point East Perth Eagles' victory against the 14th-ranked Slammers 85-83. He recorded 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Williamson has relatively good stats this season 11.7ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.1apg and 1.7spg.

#7. Benjamin Ortner (6'9''-C/F-83, graduated '05, plays pro in Italy) was not able to secure a victory for Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia in their game against Alma TR in the Italian Serie A. He cannot count it as his best performance. Ortner scored only 2 points in 4 minutes on the court. His team was badly defeated by 16 points 104-88. This year Ortner averages 4.9ppg and 3.1rpg in 20 games.
