Every week we bring you a list of the top former Mustangs players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Khapri Alston (6'5''-F-94, graduated '16, plays pro in Chile) led Club Deportivo Valdivia to a victory over the fourth-ranked AB Ancud (19-13) 69-61 in the Chilean Liga Nacional last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Alston had a double-double by scoring 28 points and getting 12 rebounds in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. Club Deportivo Valdivia (20-12) is placed second in Conferencia Sur. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. Alston has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 22.6ppg, 15.5rpg, 1.9apg and 1.9spg in 37 games he played so far.

#2. Abiodun Adegoke (6'8''-F-91, graduated '15, plays in Chile) could not help Temuco (20-11) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance the first-placed Temuco (20-11) was defeated 99-94 on the road by the lower-ranked Los Leones (#3) in the Conferencia Centro. Adegoke was the top scorer with 28 points. He also added 7 rebounds. It's Adegoke's first season with the team. This year Adegoke has very high stats. He averages 15.1ppg and 8.8rpg.

#3. Experienced Eric Dawson (6'9''-F/C-84, graduated '07, currently in Uruguay), who plays in the Uruguayan LUB was not able to help Defensor (1-4) in their last game. Despite Dawson's very good performance the sixth-placed Defensor (1-4) lost 81-90 in a derby game to the second-ranked Aguada in the Places 1-6 group. He had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 15 rebounds. Dawson also added 5 assists in 37 minutes. Dawson has very impressive stats this year 18.0ppg, 15.1rpg, 2.6apg, 1.1bpg and 2.3spg in seven games. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

#4. Nix Tavarion (6'7''-PF-92, graduated '15, plays pro in Ukraine) was not able to secure a victory for Cherkasy (9-19) in their game against Zaporizhye (19-9) in the Ukrainian Superleague. Tavarion recorded 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Cherkasy was badly defeated 105-87 in Zaporozhye by the leading Zaporizhye. This season Tavarion averages 5.2ppg and 3.0rpg.

#5. De'Vaughn Jones (6'5''-F, graduated '16, plays in Australia) was the main contributor in a Central District Lions' victory against the fifth-ranked West Adelaide Bearcats (3-2) 96-79 in the Australian State League (second division) on Saturday night. Jones was MVP of the game. He scored 25 points, made 3 passes and 3 steals in 33 minutes; not bad, considering it's only Jones' third season in pro basketball. Central District Lions (3-2) are placed third in Premier League. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Jones has very impressive stats this year 18.7ppg, 7.0rpg, 2.0apg and 1.3spg in three games.
