Best performed former Cal State - San Bernardino players in pro basketball in last week games

Here is the weekly review of the top performing Coyotes alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

   #1. Experienced Brandon Brown (6'7''-PF-85, graduated '09, plays pro in South Korea) led KCC Egis to a victory over the closely-ranked Goyang Orions (24-26) 86-77 in the South Korean KBL last Saturday. Brown was MVP of the game. He had a double-double by scoring 36 points and getting 15 rebounds. Brown also added 2 blocks in 34 minutes. KCC Egis (26-24) are placed fifth in the KBL. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Brown's first season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Brown averages 25.4ppg, 13.2rpg, 3.7apg and 2.0spg in 50 games he played so far. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

   #2. Kwame Alexander (6'7''-F/C-90, graduated '13, plays in Chile) could not help AB Ancud (0-2) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Alexander's good performance the first-placed AB Ancud (0-2) was defeated 83-77 on the road by the leading Las Animas in the Conferencia Sur. He recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 18 rebounds. Alexander also added 2 blocks. Alexander has relatively good stats this season 13.7ppg, 10.5rpg, 1.7apg and 1.2spg.

   #3. Ivan Johnson (6'8''-C-84, graduated '07, currently in Dominican Republic) was the major contributor in Sameji's victory against the fourth-ranked Plaza (0-2) crushing them 133-97 in a derby game in the Dominican Rep. Santiago League (second division) in Friday night's game. Johnson had a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 3 assists in 31 minutes. Sameji (2-0) is placed first in Places 1-4 group. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Johnson has very impressive stats this year 19.5ppg, 8.4rpg and 1.9apg in 11 games.

   #4. Robbie Robinson (6'5''-G/F, graduated '12, plays pro in Canada) contributed to an easy victory against the Halifax Hurricanes (20-14) crushing them 129-105 in the NBLCanada last Sunday. Robinson recorded 17 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. The Island Storm has rather weak 7-22 record this season. It's Robinson's first year with the team. This year he averages 10.0ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.1apg.
