Here is the weekly review of the top performing Grizzlies alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Shakir Smith (6'1''-PG-92, graduated '16, plays pro in Sweden) led Norrkoping Dolphins to a victory over one of league's weakest teams Koping Stars (7-21) 79-71 in the Swedish Basketligan on Saturday night. He was MVP of the game. Smith recorded 26 points (!!!) in 30 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. Norrkoping Dolphins (22-7) is placed second in the Basketligan. Smith has relatively good stats this season 11.3ppg, 1.8rpg and 2.6apg.

#2. Mikey Hope (6'1''-G, graduated '15, plays in Romania) was the main contributor in Rapid's victory against the sixth-ranked Miercurea Ciuc (8-13) 89-86 in the Romanian Liga Nationala in Saturday night's game. Hope was MVP of the game. He recorded 37 points (!!!) and added 4 passes. CS Rapid Bucuresti (0-3) is placed second in Group Blue. Hope has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 26.8ppg, 6.5rpg, 2.5apg and 1.8spg in 19 games he played so far.

#3. Julian Scott (6'8''-F/C-90, graduated '14, currently in Germany), who plays in the German ProB (third division) could not help Dresden Titans (9-11) in their game last Sunday. Despite his very good performance the tenth-placed Dresden Titans (9-11) was defeated 75-67 on the road by the leading Muenster in the North group. Scott was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 5 rebounds and 3 blocks in 32 minutes. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Scott's first season with the team. This year Scott has very high stats. He averages 17.6ppg, 8.4rpg, 2.0apg and 1.6spg.

#4. Brandon Sly (5'10''-PG-96, graduated '18, plays pro in Georgia) was the major contributor in Vera's victory against the league outsider Tbilisi (0-3) crushing them 109-82 in the Georgian A League (second division) on Saturday night. He scored 17 points, had 8 boards, passed 4 assists and added 3 steals; not bad, considering it's only Sly's first season in pro basketball. BC Vera (2-1) is placed third in the A League. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Sly's first year with the team. He has relatively good stats this season 13.7ppg, 7.0rpg, 2.3apg and 1.3spg in three games.

Other former Adams State College players, who play in pro basketball:

Ante Mioc (6'10''-F-92) plays for BK Klosterneuburg Dukes in Austrian A Bundesliga
