Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top former Spartans players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Duke Shelton (6'10''-F-95, graduated '18, plays pro in Slovakia) could not help Lucenec (2-23) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the bottom-ranked Lucenec was badly defeated 97-80 on the road by the higher-ranked (#7) Handlova. Shelton was the top scorer with 29 points. He also added 4 rebounds in 36 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Shelton's first season in pro basketball. It was Lucenec's fourth consecutive loss in a row. It's Shelton's first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Shelton averages 19.0ppg, 8.2rpg, 1.6apg and 1.6spg in 24 games he played so far.

#2. Experienced Sylvere Bryan (6'10''-C-81, graduated '02, plays in Italy) was not able to help Fabriano in their game against Chieti (13-6) in the Italian Serie B (third division). Bryan scored 5 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and dished 5 assists. The fifth-placed Fabriano (13-6) was edged 70-67 at home by the higher-ranked Chieti (#3) in the Group C. It was Fabriano's first loss after four consecutive victories. This season Bryan averages 9.8ppg, 10.8rpg and 2.8apg. He has also Italian citizenship.

#3. DeMarco Foster (6'3''-G/F-91, graduated '14, currently in Bosnia) was not able to secure a victory for Bratunac (5-9) in their game against Siroki Primorka (12-2) in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I. Foster recorded 7 points in 22 minutes. Bratunac lost 80-86 in Siroki Brijeg to the leading Siroki Primorka. This year Foster averages 7.2ppg in five games.

#4. Marcel Robinson (6'5''-F-96, graduated '18, plays pro in Spain) contributed to an Aquimisa Laboratorios Zamorano's victory against the leader Navarra (14-7) 80-73 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) in Saturday night's game. Robinson scored 10 points. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group West. Aquimisa Laboratorios Zamorano (13-8) is placed second. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Robinson has relatively good stats this season 11.3ppg and 3.3rpg. He is a naturalized Jamaican.

Other former University of Tampa players, who play in pro basketball:

Marcelo Ruediger (6'10''-C-93) plays for Brasilia in Brazilian NBB
Jordan Davis (5'10''-PG-91) plays for Albacete in Spanish LEB Silver
