He was MVP of the game. Thomas scored 19 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 27 minutes. Petrolero de Plaza Huincul (9-13) is placed sixth in South - South group. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. Thomas has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 22.4ppg, 10.0rpg and 1.2apg in 21 games he played so far.

#2. Matthias Sigurdarson (6'0''-PG-94, graduated '16, plays in Iceland) could not help IR in their last game on Sunday. Despite his good performance IR was edged 96-95 at home by the lower-ranked Thor Thorl (#6). Sigurdarson scored 13 points and added 5 assists. This season Sigurdarson averages 9.0ppg, 2.6rpg, 3.9apg and 1.1spg.

#3. Nicklaus Turner (6'3''-G-92, graduated '14, currently in FYR Macedonia) was not able to help Vardar in their game against MZT Skopje (11-2) in the FYR Macedonian Prva Liga, despite his good performance last Saturday. He was the second best scorer with 10 points. Turner also added 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 28 minutes. But Vardar was crushed 102-67 in a derby game by the second-ranked MZT Skopje. Turner has relatively good stats this year 12.5ppg, 4.0rpg and 3.0apg in two games.

Harris scored 9 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. But the bottom-ranked Pelister Bitola was defeated 81-66 on their home court in Bitola by the much higher-ranked Blokotehna (#3). It was Pelister Bitola's third consecutive loss in a row. It's Harris' first season with the team. This year he has very high stats. Harris averages 17.6ppg, 2.8rpg and 5.2apg.
