Here is the weekly review of the top performing Wildcats alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Giovonne Woods (6'3''-G-86, graduated '09, plays pro in Mexico) could not help Huracanes de Tampico (3-18) in their last game. Despite his good performance the seventh-placed Huracanes de Tampico (3-18) was badly defeated 84-68 on the road by the second-ranked Soles in the North group. Woods scored 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 36 minutes. This year Woods averages 9.0ppg, 2.7rpg and 2.0spg in three games he played so far.

#2. Fuquan Niles (6'11''-C, graduated '18, plays in Portugal) was the major contributor in Barreirense's victory against the third-ranked Belenenses CF (7-3) 87-84 in the Portuguese Proliga (second division) last Saturday. Niles recorded 16 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group South. Futebol Clube Barreirense (10-0) is placed first. So far his team won all ten games in the Regular Season. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Niles' first year with the team. This season Niles averages 8.4ppg, 8.1rpg and 1.9bpg.

#3. Gary Jacobs (6'2''-G-92, graduated '16, currently in Indonesia) was not able to help Hang Tuah in their game against Pacific Caesar (3-4) in the Indonesian IBL, despite his very good performance last Sunday. He was the second best scorer with 20 points. Jacobs also added 9 boards, dished 8 assists and stole 3 balls in 39 minutes; not bad, considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. But the second-placed Hang Tuah (4-3) lost 74-86 at home to the lower-ranked (#3) Pacific Caesar in the Red Group. The Regular Season already ended. It's Jacobs' first year with the team. Jacobs has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 20.6ppg, 7.6rpg, 6.4apg and 2.1spg in seven games. Worth to mention Jacobs played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

#4. Philipp Lieser (6'5''-G-89, graduated '12, plays pro in Germany) contributed to Wolmirstedt's victory against the fourth-ranked Langenhagen (9-5) 76-72 in the German Regionalliga (fourth division) in Saturday night's game. He scored 9 points and added 5 passes. SBB Baskets Wolmirstedt (12-2) is placed first in North group. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. It's Lieser's first season with the team. Lieser has relatively good stats this year 11.3ppg, 3.5rpg, 7.1apg and 1.5spg.
