Beautiful Waheed commits to Arkansas

The University of Arkansas signed guard Beautiful Waheed (5'10'') for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The Milwaukee (WI) native moved there from St. John's University where she spent her junior year. In 28 games last season, she had 9.1ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.4apg, and 1.2bpg.
She played at Wabash Valley College between 2023-25. She helped her team make it to the NJCAA Division I Elite Eight in 2025. Waheed was named to WBCA Two-Year College All-Americans Team in two consecutive years: 2024 and 2025. She helped her team make it to the NJCAA Division I Final Four in 2024.
