No. 1 Princeton captured the Ivy League Women’s Basketball Tournament title with a 63-53 win over third-seeded Harvard at Newman Arena. The Tigers earned their seventh Ivy League Tournament title and clinched the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. This marks the fifth-straight year that the Tigers are headed to the Big Dance and is Princeton's 13th appearance since 2010.
Princeton built its lead through the first three quarters behind efficient offense, taking a six-point advantage into the fourth. Harvard battled back in the final period, using a steady scoring stretch to erase the deficit and tie the game at 51–51 with just over four minutes remaining.
The Tigers responded immediately, scoring the next 11 points to regain control and ultimately outscoring Harvard 12–2 over the final four minutes to seal the title.
Fadima Tall (6'1''-G/F) led Princeton with 20 points, while Ashley Chea (5'8''-G) added 13 and Olivia Hutcherson (6'0''-G/F) finished with 12. For Harvard, Karlee White (5'9''-G) paced the Crimson with 15 points and Olivia Jones (5'10''-G) added 13. Princeton shot 22-of-45 from the field and went 18-of-22 from the free-throw line in the victory.
