Best performed former Clemson University players in pro basketball in last week games

Here is the weekly review of the top performing Tigers alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. K.C. Rivers (6'5''-SG-87, graduated '09, plays pro in Serbia) was the major contributor in a Crvena Zvezda's victory against the third-ranked Borac (4-2) 77-67 in the Serbian KLS last Saturday. He scored 18 points and added 5 assists in 34 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in Group A. Crvena Zvezda MTS Beograd (6-0) is placed first. So far his team won all six games in the Second Stage. There are only four games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. Rivers has relatively good stats this year 12.2ppg, 1.4rpg, 2.8apg and 1.6spg in five games he played so far. He is a naturalized Bissau-Guinean.

   #2. Jerai Grant (6'8''-F/C-89, graduated '11, plays in Lithuania) led Neptunas to a victory over the eighth-ranked Prienu Skycop (12-23) crushing them 102-78 in the Lithuanian LKL on Wednesday night. He was MVP of the game. Grant recorded 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Neptunas Klaipeda (28-8) is placed second in the LKL. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. Grant has relatively good stats this season 11.4ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.6apg.

   #3. Devin Booker (6'9''-C-91, graduated '13, currently in Germany), who plays in the German BBL could not help FC Bayern Muenchen (31-3) in their last game. Despite Booker's very good performance the league leader FC Bayern Muenchen lost 98-102 on the road to the lower-ranked (#7) Telekom Baskets. He was the top scorer with 18 points. Booker also added 3 passes in 22 minutes. It was FC Bayern Muenchen's first loss after eleven consecutive victories. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Booker has relatively good stats this year 10.5ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.5apg in 16 games.

   #4. Landry Nnoko (6'10''-C-94, graduated '16, plays pro in Germany) contributed to a 1-point ALBA Berlin's victory against the tenth-ranked EnBW Ludwigsburg (16-18) 80-79 in the German BBL last Sunday. Nnoko recorded 11 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. ALBA Berlin (27-7) is placed third in the BBL. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. It's Nnoko's first season with the team. This year he averages 9.2ppg and 6.7rpg.

   #5. Experienced Clifford Hammonds (6'3''-PG-85, graduated '08, plays in Belgium) was not able to help Proximus Spirou Charleroi (10-1) in their last game. Despite Hammonds' good performance Proximus Spirou Charleroi lost 69-74 in Jemappes to the lower-ranked (#5) Belfius Mons-Hainaut. He was the second best scorer with 13 points in 30 minutes. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be extremely important. This year Hammonds averages 7.7ppg, 1.7rpg and 3.4apg in 34 games.

   #6. Damarcus Harrison (6'4''-G-92, graduated '15, currently in Estonia), who plays in the Estonian KML was not able to secure a victory for TLU/Kalev in their last game on Thursday. Despite Harrison's very good performance TLU/Kalev was defeated 87-78 in a derby game by the leading Kalev/Cramo. He was the top scorer with 21 points. Harrison also added 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Harrison has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 17.4ppg, 4.5rpg and 2.4apg.

   #7. Catalin Baciu (7'0''-C-88, graduated '12, plays pro in Romania) contributed to an easy victory against the third-ranked CS Dinamo Bucuresti crushing them 115-87 in the Romanian Liga Nationala last Saturday. He recorded 19 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks in 24 minutes. This year Baciu averages 5.2ppg and 3.7rpg in 31 games.

   #8. Gabe DeVoe (6'3''-G-95, graduated '18, plays in Poland) managed to help Stelmet Enea BC Zielona Gora to win against the closely-ranked MKS Dabrowa Gornicza 81-73 in the Polish EBL on Friday night. He recorded only 4 points. This season DeVoe averages 8.1ppg, 2.7rpg and 2.0apg.

   #9. Karolis Petrukonis (7'0''-C-87, graduated '10, currently in Lithuania) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams P.Zvaigzdes in their game against Lietkabelis in the Lithuanian LKL. Petrukonis cannot count Tuesday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 3 points in 10 minutes. His team lost 87-95. This year Petrukonis averages 5.1ppg and 2.3rpg in 36 games.
