Top University of South Florida alumni playing currently pro basketball

Every week we bring you a list of the top former Bulls players who continue their career in pro basketball.


   #1. Victor Rudd (6'9''-F-91, graduated '14, plays pro in Puerto Rico) led Capitanes de Arecibo to a victory over the closely-ranked Brujos (11-9) 110-101 in the Puerto Rican BSN in Saturday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Rudd scored 30 points (!!!) and added 7 passes in 34 minutes. Capitanes de Arecibo (9-12) is placed sixth in the BSN. Rudd has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.4ppg, 8.1rpg, 4.1apg and 1.2spg in 21 games he played so far.

   #2. Hugh Robertson (6'5''-G-89, graduated '12, plays in Belgium) was the main contributor in a Stella Artois Leuven Bears' victory against the closely-ranked Okapi Aalstar (11-17) 94-77 in the Belgian Euromillions League last Monday. He was MVP of the game. Robertson recorded 26 points (!!!) and grabbed 5 rebounds. Stella Artois Leuven Bears (7-21) is placed second from the bottom (#9) in the Euromillions League. It's Robertson's first season with the team. This year he has very high stats. Robertson averages 15.3ppg, 5.4rpg, 2.1apg and 1.3spg.

   #3. Bo Zeigler (6'6''-F-95, played in 2013-17, currently in United Kingdom) contributed to a Radisson Red Glasgow Rocks' victory against one of league's weakest teams Scorchers (5-24) 84-72 in the British BBL on Sunday night. Zeigler was MVP of the game. He had a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 10 rebounds in 33 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Zeigler's first season in pro basketball. Radisson Red Glasgow Rocks (17-13) is placed fourth in the BBL. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Zeigler's first year with the team. He has relatively good stats this season 10.6ppg, 4.9rpg and 1.6apg in 30 games.

   #4. Corey Allen (6'1''-PG-92, graduated '15, plays pro in Belgium) is a teammate of previously mentioned Hugh Robertson and both played together in the last Belgian Euromillions League game. Allen helped Stella Artois Leuven Bears win their game against the closely-ranked Okapi Aalstar (11-17) 94-77. He recorded 13 points, 4 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals. This season Allen averages 7.0ppg, 1.8rpg, 3.4apg and 1.5spg.

   #5. Experienced William McDonald (6'11''-C-79, graduated '03, plays in Japan). McDonald could not help San-en NeoPhoenix (22-38) to beat Toyama Grouses (33-28) in the Japanese B League. He scored 8 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 32 minutes. The fifth-placed San-en NeoPhoenix (22-38) lost 79-91 on the road to the higher-ranked (#3) Toyama Grouses in the Central group. It was San-en NeoPhoenix's fifth consecutive loss in a row. The Regular Season already ended. It's McDonald's first season with the team. McDonald has very impressive stats this year 15.8ppg, 8.3rpg and 1.5apg in 52 games.

   #6. Ron Anderson (6'8''-F/C-89, graduated '12, currently in France) helped Union Poitiers Basket 86 win their game against the closely-ranked Nantes 76-65 in the French ProB (second division) on Friday night. Anderson scored 9 points, had 9 rebounds and made 2 blocks. He has relatively good stats this season 10.1ppg, 7.1rpg and 2.1apg.

   #7. Isaiah Manderson (6'10''-F-94, graduated '18, plays pro in Puerto Rico) was not able to help Indios de Mayaguez in their game against Capitanes in the Puerto Rican BSN. He scored only 4 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 15 minutes. It was his first game for Indios de Mayaguez this season. His team was crushed by 26 points 110-84.
