Here is the weekly review of the top performing Cornhuskers alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Shavon Shields (6'7''-F/G-94, graduated '16, plays pro in Spain) could not help Baskonia (15-15) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Baskonia was crushed 94-68 on the road by the second-ranked CSKA. Shields was the top scorer with 17 points in 20 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. Shields has relatively good stats this year 10.1ppg, 2.9rpg and 1.1apg in 31 games he played so far.

#2. Caleb Walker (6'5''-G-89, graduated '12, plays in Belgium) led Basic-Fit Brussels to a victory over the league outsider Liege Basket (5-21) 93-76 in the Belgian Euromillions League on Friday night. He was MVP of the game. Walker scored 19 points and grabbed 7 rebounds (went 6 for 6 at the free throw line). Basic-Fit Brussels (17-10) is placed fourth in the Euromillions League. Walker has relatively good stats this season 13.6ppg, 5.2rpg and 2.0apg.

#3. Sek Henry (6'4''-G-87, graduated '10, currently in Turkey) contributed to a Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir's victory against the 12th-ranked Buyukcekmece (6-18) 86-81 in the Turkish BSL in Saturday night's game. Henry scored 12 points and added 4 passes in 21 minutes. Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir (23-6) is placed second in the BSL. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Henry's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 14.1ppg, 2.8rpg and 4.4apg in 23 games. Henry is a naturalized Jamaican.

#4. Experienced Jason Dourisseau (6'5''-F/G-83, graduated '06, plays pro in Holland) was the major contributor in Groningen's victory against one of league's weakest teams Rotterdam (8-25) 82-66 in the Dutch Eredivisie last Thursday. Dourisseau scored 12 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Donar Groningen (20-11) is placed fourth in the Eredivisie. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. It's Dourisseau's fourth season with the team. This year he averages 9.6ppg, 3.7rpg and 1.3apg. Dourisseau is a naturalized Dutch.

#5. Lance Jeter (6'3''-PG-88, graduated '11, plays in Holland) is a teammate of previously mentioned Jason Dourisseau. But that was another game of his team in Dutch Eredivisie which we would like to mention. Jeter was not able to help Groningen (20-11) in their last game. Despite his good performance Groningen lost 76-81 at home to the leading Leiden. Jeter scored 10 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 31 minutes. This year Jeter averages 9.1ppg, 2.4rpg, 3.2apg and 1.4spg in 20 games.

#6. Duby Okeke (6'8''-C-94, graduated '18, currently in Spain) helped Menorca win their game against the fifth-ranked Cocinas.com 87-75 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) in Sunday night's game. Okeke scored 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. This season Okeke averages 6.6ppg, 6.1rpg and 2.1bpg.

#7. Jorge Bryan Diaz (6'11''-C-89, graduated '13, plays pro in Puerto Rico) helped Piratas de Quebradillas win their game against the seventh-ranked Atleticos 106-97 in the Puerto Rican BSN last Tuesday. Diaz scored 8 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 25 minutes. This year Diaz averages 6.8ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.5apg in 18 games.

#8. Jack McVeigh (6'8''-F-96, graduated '18, plays in Australia) was not able to secure a victory for North Adelaide Rockets in their game against Mount Gambier Pioneers in the Australian State League (second division). Despite his very good performance last Saturday He recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 11 rebounds. McVeigh has individually a very good season with high stats.
