Every week we bring you a list of the top former Bluejays players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Maurice Watson (5'10''-PG-93, graduated '17, plays pro in Holland) was the major contributor in Leiden's victory against the eighth-ranked Leeuwarden (8-24) crushing them 92-69 in the Dutch Eredivisie in Saturday night's game. He recorded 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in 28 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Watson's second season in pro basketball. Zorg and Zekerheid Leiden (29-3) is placed first in the Eredivisie. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Watson's first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Watson averages 15.7ppg, 4.2rpg, 7.8apg and 2.4spg in 31 games he played so far.

#2. Gregory Echenique (6'9''-C-90, played in 2009-13, plays in Japan) led Shimane Susanoo Magic to a victory against the fourth-ranked Orange Vikings (20-38) 88-75 in the Japanese B2 League last Saturday. Echenique recorded a double-double by scoring 25 points and getting 12 rebounds. He also added 3 assists and 3 blocks. Shimane Susanoo Magic (42-16) is placed second in West group. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This season Echenique has very high stats. He averages 19.1ppg, 13.8rpg, 2.4apg and 1.5bpg.

#3. Justin Carter (6'4''-G/F-87, graduated '10, currently in Italy) contributed to an easy victory against the sixth-ranked Hapoel Holon crushing them 105-75 in the FIBA Europe Cup on Wednesday night. Carter scored 8 points in only 13 minutes. Banco di Sardegna Sassari (5-1) is placed first in group K. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. This year Carter averages 6.0ppg, 1.9rpg and 2.2apg in nine games.

#4. James Milliken (6'3''-G-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Georgia) contributed to a 3-point TSU-Hyundai's victory against the closely-ranked BC Titebi (6-11) 99-96 in a derby game in the Georgian Superleague in Saturday night's game. Milliken scored 22 points, made 3 passes and 5 steals; not bad, considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. TSU-Hyundai Tbilisi (9-8) is placed fifth in the Superleague. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is quite important. This season Milliken has very high stats. He averages 16.6ppg, 2.7rpg, 3.6apg and 1.6spg.

#5. Khyri Thomas (6'3''-G-96, graduated '18, plays in the NBA). He could not help the Detroit Pistons (41-41) to beat the Milwaukee Bucks (60-22) in the NBA. Thomas recorded 9 points in only 9 minutes. But the Detroit Pistons (41-41) were crushed 121-86 on the road by the Bucks. This year Thomas averages 2.5ppg in 28 games.

#6. Devin Brooks (6'1''-G-92, graduated '15, currently in Slovakia) led Rieker KN to a victory over the closely-ranked Prievidza 72-68 in the Slovakian SBL on Tuesday night. Brooks was MVP of the game. He recorded 23 points and added 9 passes (made all of his twelve free throws !!!). This season Brooks has very high stats. He averages 17.6ppg, 8.9rpg, 6.0apg and 2.3spg. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

#7. Doug McDermott (6'8''-F-92, graduated '14, plays pro in the NBA) was not able to help the Indiana Pacers in their game against the Boston Celtics in the NBA. He scored only 4 points in 11 minutes. His team lost 91-99 in the NBA. McDermott has relatively good stats this year 7.1ppg and 1.4rpg in 80 games.

#8. Kenny Lawson (6'10''-C-88, graduated '11, plays in Italy) was not able to secure a victory for Unieuro Forli in their game against Pompea MNV in the Italian Serie A2 (second division). He scored 8 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. His team was defeated 81-66. This season Lawson has very high stats. He averages 16.4ppg and 8.7rpg.

#9. Cole Huff (6'8''-F-94, graduated '17, currently in Spain), who plays in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) couldn't help Caceres Patrimonio de la Humanidad (4-12) in their last game. Despite his good performance Caceres Patrimonio de la Humanidad was edged 83-80 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked (#5) Ourense. Huff was the second best scorer with 14 points in a mere 19 minutes. This year Huff averages 9.8ppg and 3.3rpg in 23 games.
