Here is the weekly review of the top performing Bulldogs alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Paul George (6'9''-G/F-90, graduated '10, plays pro in the NBA) could not help the Oklahoma City Thunder (49-33) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Oklahoma City Thunder (49-33) was badly defeated 114-94 on the road by the Portland Trail Blazers. George was the top scorer with 27 points. He also added 8 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 41 minutes. George has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 27.9ppg, 8.1rpg, 4.1apg and 2.2spg in 80 games he played so far.

#2. Greg Smith (6'10''-C-91, graduated '11, plays in Puerto Rico) was not able to help Vaqueros de Bayamon (6-9) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Smith's very good performance Vaqueros de Bayamon was defeated 105-100 in Juana Diaz by the higher-ranked Leones (#5). He recorded a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 14 rebounds. This season Smith has very high stats. He averages 19.6ppg, 10.3rpg, 3.4apg and 1.9spg.

#3. Jaron Hopkins (6'6''-G-94, graduated '18, currently in Finland) led Lapuan Korikobrat to a victory over the league outsider Ura Basket (9-31) 102-88 in the Finnish Korisliiga in Tuesday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Hopkins scored 31 points (!!!), had 7 boards, passed 7 assists and added 3 steals in 34 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Lapuan Korikobrat (16-24) is placed ninth in the Korisliiga. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. The Regular Season already ended. Hopkins has very impressive stats this year 17.4ppg, 6.6rpg, 2.8apg and 1.8spg in 29 games.

#4. Experienced Quinton Hosley (6'7''-F-84, graduated '07, plays pro in Poland) was not able to secure a victory for Stelmet Enea BC Zielona Gora (23-6) in their game against HydroTruck Radom (9-19) in the Polish EBL. Hosley scored 8 points and added 4 assists. Stelmet Enea BC Zielona Gora was defeated 74-70 in Radom by the much lower-ranked HydroTruck (#12). His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. This season Hosley averages 7.3ppg, 3.6rpg, 2.7apg and 1.6spg. He is a naturalized Georgian.

#5. Cullen Russo (6'9''-F-94, graduated '17, plays in Japan) couldn't help Aomori Watts (15-43) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the sixth-placed Aomori Watts (15-43) lost 60-73 at home to the higher-ranked (#3) Cyberdyne IR in the East group. Russo had a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 10 rebounds in 38 minutes; not bad, considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Russo has very impressive stats this year 22.3ppg, 11.0rpg, 4.4apg, 1.3bpg and 2.3spg in 53 games.

#6. Kevin Foster (6'8''-PF-89, graduated '13, currently in New Zealand), who plays in the New Zealand NBL couldn't help Taranaki Mountainairs (0-1) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Foster's very good performance Taranaki Mountainairs were defeated 93-78 in Stoke by the higher-ranked Giants (#4). He recorded 15 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
