We bring you last week's top former Fighting Tigers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Ben Simmons (6'10''-PG-96, graduated '16, plays pro in the NBA) led Philadelphia 76ers to a victory over the Brooklyn Nets (42-40) 131-115 in the NBA in Thursday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Simmons scored 31 points (!!!), had 4 rebounds, passed 9 assists and added 3 blocks in 38 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. The Philadelphia 76ers have a solid 51-31 record this season. Simmons has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 17.0ppg, 8.8rpg, 7.7apg and 1.4spg in 82 games he played so far.

   #2. Anthony Randolph (6'11''-PF-89, graduated '08, plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Panathinaikos (16-14) 78-63 in the Euroleague last Friday. Randolph scored 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Real Madrid (22-8) is placed third in the Euroleague. Randolph has relatively good stats this season 12.5ppg and 4.3rpg. He is a naturalized Slovenian.

   #3. Jordan Mickey (6'8''-F-94, graduated '15, currently in Russia) was the major contributor in Khimki's victory against the league outsider Tsmoki-Minsk (3-21) 108-92 in the VTB United League on Thursday night. He scored 21 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and made 4 blocks in 22 minutes. BC Khimki Moscow Region (19-5) is placed third in the VTB United League. It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the VTB United League Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Mickey has very impressive stats this year 15.5ppg, 6.6rpg and 1.8bpg in 23 games.

   #4. Johnny O'Bryant III (6'9''-C/F-93, graduated '14, plays pro in Israel) contributed to a Maccabi T-A's victory against the closely-ranked Hapoel Eilat (18-9) 99-92 in the Israeli Winner League in Thursday night's game. O'Bryant III scored 15 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Maccabi Fox Tel-Aviv (20-6) is placed first in the Winner League. It's O'Bryant III's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 10.3ppg and 5.4rpg.

   #5. Experienced Brandon Bass (6'8''-F-85, graduated '05, plays in China) could not help Liaoning Flying Leopards (38-8) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Liaoning Flying Leopards were crushed 99-62 on the road by the lower-ranked (#4) Xinjiang Flying Tige. Bass had a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 12 rebounds in 40 minutes. It was Liaoning Flying Leopards' third consecutive loss in a row. Bass has very impressive stats this year 22.8ppg, 9.8rpg, 2.1apg and 1.1spg in 53 games.

   #6. Tim Quarterman (6'6''-G-94, graduated '16, currently in New Zealand) helped 2 Cheap Cars Super City Rangers win their game against the league outsider Jets 86-75 in the New Zealand NBL on Thursday night. Quarterman recorded 23 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists. This season Quarterman has very high stats. He averages 21.0ppg, 6.0rpg, 4.5apg and 3.0spg.

   #7. Garrett Temple (6'6''-G-86, graduated '09, plays pro in the NBA) helped Los Angeles Clippers win their game against the Golden State Warriors 135-131 in the NBA in Monday night's game. He scored 7 points in only 10 minutes. This year Temple averages 4.5ppg, 2.3rpg and 1.3apg in 29 games.

   #8. Aaron Epps (6'10''-F-96, graduated '18, plays in France) helped ES Chalon-Sur-Saone win their game against the 16th-ranked Olympique Antibes crushing them 92-70 in the French Jeep ELITE ProA last Saturday. He scored 7 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. This season Epps averages 9.3ppg and 5.3rpg.

   #9. Jarell Martin (6'10''-F-94, graduated '15, currently in the NBA) was not able to help the Orlando Magic in their game against the Toronto Raptors in the NBA. Martin scored 5 points in 6 minutes. His team was crushed by 29 points 111-82 in the NBA. This year Martin averages 2.8ppg and 1.7rpg in 43 games.

   #10. Glen Davis (6'9''-F-86, graduated '07, plays pro in Canada) was the main contributor in a 3-point St. John's Edge's victory against the Sudbury Five 107-104 in the NBLCanada in Friday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Davis recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points and getting 16 rebounds. He also added 4 assists. This season Davis has very high stats. He averages 17.5ppg, 8.0rpg and 2.8apg.
