Every week we bring you a list of the top former Huskies players who continue their career in pro basketball.


   #1. Terrence Ross (6'7''-G-91, graduated '12, plays pro in the NBA) led Orlando Magic to a victory over the Charlotte Hornets (39-43) 122-114 in the NBA on Wednesday night. He was MVP of the game. Ross scored 35 points (!!!) and grabbed 6 rebounds in 30 minutes. The Orlando Magic has 42-40 record this season. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the NBA Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Ross has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 15.0ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.7apg.

   #2. Justin Holiday (6'6''-SG-89, graduated '11, plays in the NBA) could not help the Memphis Grizzlies (33-49) in their last game. Despite Holiday's very good performance the Memphis Grizzlies (33-49) were edged 129-127 on the road by the Dallas Mavericks. He was the top scorer with 30 points. Holiday also added 5 rebounds (made all of his six free throws). The Regular Season already ended in the NBA. Holiday has relatively good stats this year 9.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.4apg and 1.2spg in 44 games he played so far.

   #3. Tony Wroten (6'6''-G-93, graduated '12, currently in Estonia) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Parma (4-20) crushing them 105-75 in the VTB United League last Sunday. He recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and making 10 passes. Wroten also added 4 rebounds and 3 steals in 23 minutes. BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (11-12) is placed eighth in the VTB United League. There are only three games left until the end of the VTB United League Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Wroten has relatively good stats this season 12.8ppg, 1.9rpg, 5.4apg and 1.5spg.

   #4. Scott Suggs (6'6''-F/G-89, graduated '13, plays pro in Greece) was the main contributor in Kymis' surprising victory against the seventh-ranked Ifestos (12-12) 90-83 in the Greek A1 on Wednesday night. Suggs was MVP of the game. He scored 24 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. GS Kymis (6-18) is placed second from the bottom (#13) in the A1. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. It's Suggs' first season with the team. Suggs has relatively good stats this year 13.7ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.9apg in 24 games.

   #5. Malik Dime (6'9''-F/C-92, graduated '17, plays in Bulgaria) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Academic Sofia (4-18) crushing them 95-64 in the Bulgarian NBL in Wednesday night's game. Dime recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 3 blocks in a mere 17 minutes. Rilski Sportist Samokov (11-10) is placed fourth in the NBL. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be extremely important. Dime has relatively good stats this season 13.9ppg, 8.8rpg and 2.8bpg. He is a naturalized Senegalese.

   #6. Marquese Chriss (6'9''-F-97, graduated '16, currently in the NBA) was not able to help the Cleveland Cavaliers in their game against the Charlotte Hornets in the NBA. He scored 8 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. His team were crushed by 27 points 124-97 in the NBA. This year Chriss averages 5.7ppg and 4.2rpg in 27 games.

   #7. Isaiah Thomas (5'9''-PG-89, graduated '11, plays pro in the NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Denver Nuggets (54-28) in their game last Sunday. Despite his good performance the Denver Nuggets were defeated 115-108 in Portland by the Trail Blazers. Thomas recorded 10 points and added 3 passes in 24 minutes. Thomas has relatively good stats this season 8.1ppg, 1.1rpg and 1.9apg.

   #8. Robert Upshaw (7'0''-C-94, graduated '15, plays in Poland) couldn't help Asseco Arka Gdynia in their game against Wilki Morskie in the Polish EBL. He scored only 4 points, had 5 rebounds and made 3 blocks. His team lost 72-81. This year Upshaw averages 9.6ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.5bpg in 21 games.

   #9. Matthew Bryan-Amaning (6'9''-F-88, graduated '11, currently in United Kingdom) couldn't help London CR in their game against Manchester Giants in the British BBL. Despite his very good performance on Thursday night Bryan-Amaning scored 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 25 minutes. This season Bryan-Amaning has very high stats. He averages 17.2ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.8apg and 1.2spg. Bryan-Amaning has also British citizenship.

   #10. Quincy Pondexter (6'6''-F-88, graduated '10, plays pro in the NBA) contributed to an easy victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers crushing them 112-90 in the NBA on Sunday night. He recorded 6 points. This year Pondexter averages 2.1ppg in 47 games.
