We bring you last week's top former Pirates players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Malique Trent (6'3''-G-94, graduated '18, plays pro in Ukraine) led Zaporizhye to a victory over the closely-ranked Kyiv Basket (27-4) 95-83 in the Ukrainian Superleague in Sunday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Trent scored 27 points (!!!) and added 4 passes in 31 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. BC Zaporizhye-ZOG (19-9) is placed first in the Superleague. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. It's Trent's first year with the team. Trent has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 18.4ppg, 4.9rpg, 4.3apg and 3.3spg in 35 games he played so far.

#2. Reginald Johnson (6'3''-G-94, graduated '16, plays in Hungary) was the main contributor in Kaposvari's victory against the third-ranked Szedeak (7-20) 86-69 in the Hungarian A Division last Wednesday. He was MVP of the game. Johnson recorded a double-double by scoring 29 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 4 assists and 3 steals; not bad, considering it's only Johnson's third season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Places 11-14. Kaposvari KK (12-15) is placed second. This season Johnson has very high stats. He averages 18.7ppg, 4.5rpg, 3.0apg and 1.4spg.

#3. Danny Agbelese (6'9''-F/C-90, graduated '12, currently in Greece) was the major contributor in Holargos' victory against the closely-ranked Aris (7-16) 76-63 in the Greek A1 on Wednesday night. He scored 12 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 21 minutes. Holargos B.C. (11-12) is placed eighth in the A1. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This year Agbelese averages 8.0ppg, 7.1rpg and 1.9bpg in 23 games. He is a naturalized Nigerian.

#4. Jervon Pressley (6'8''-F/C-92, graduated '16, plays pro in Ukraine) is a teammate of previously mentioned Malique Trent. But that was another game of his team in Ukrainian Superleague which we would like to mention. Pressley. He could not help Zaporizhye (19-9) to beat Kyiv Basket (27-4). Pressley recorded 8 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. The league leader Zaporizhye was defeated 89-81 on the road by the second-ranked Kyiv Basket. It's Pressley's first season with the team. This year he averages 7.3ppg and 4.9rpg.

#5. Vincent Simpson (6'1''-PG-88, graduated '09, plays in Finland) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Helsinki Seagulls (18-20) crushing them 100-64 in the Finnish Korisliiga last Tuesday. He recorded 7 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in 22 minutes. Joensuun Kataja Basket (22-16) is placed fifth in the Korisliiga. Simpson's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Simpson has relatively good stats this year 11.6ppg, 2.9rpg and 4.3apg in 35 games.
