Best performed former Indiana University players in pro basketball in last week games

Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top former Hoosiers players who continue their career in pro basketball.


   #1. Eric Gordon (6'4''-G-88, graduated '08, plays pro in the NBA) led Houston Rockets to a 1-point victory over the Dallas Mavericks (27-40) 94-93 in the NBA last Sunday. He was MVP of the game. Gordon scored 26 points (!!!) in 32 minutes. The Houston Rockets have a solid 42-26 record this season. It was his team's ninth consecutive victory in a row. Gordon has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 16.6ppg, 2.4rpg and 2.1apg in 55 games he played so far.

   #2. Thomas Bryant (6'10''-F-97, graduated '17, plays in the NBA) was the major contributor in a Washington Wizards' victory against the Orlando Magic (31-38) 100-90 in the NBA on Wednesday night. Bryant recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 2 blocks; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Bryant's second season in pro basketball. The Washington Wizards have 29-39 record this season. Bryant has relatively good stats this year 9.8ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.2apg.

   #3. Jordan Hulls (5'11''-PG-90, graduated '13, currently in Germany) led s.Oliver Wuerzburg to a victory against the league outsider Mitteldeutscher BC (4-18) 84-77 in the German BBL in Saturday night's game. He scored 17 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 4 assists (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) in 29 minutes. s.Oliver Wuerzburg (7-9) is placed fifth in the BBL. Hulls has relatively good stats this year 13.3ppg, 2.7rpg, 2.9apg and 1.2spg in 21 games.

   #4. Experienced Bracey Wright (6'3''-G-84, graduated '05, plays pro in Czech Republic) contributed to a CEZ Nymburk's victory against the fifth-ranked BK Pardubice (15-14) 83-77 in the Czech Republic NBL last Sunday. Wright recorded 16 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists. CEZ Basketball Nymburk (29-0) is placed first in Places 1-8 group. So far his team won all games in the Second Stage. It's Wright's first season with the team. This year he averages 9.9ppg, 2.8rpg and 3.7apg.

   #5. Noah Vonleh (6'10''-PF-95, graduated '14, plays in the NBA) could not help the New York Knicks (13-55) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the New York Knicks (13-55) lost 96-107 on the road to the Phoenix Suns. Vonleh was the second best scorer with 15 points in 31 minutes. It was New York Knicks' seventh consecutive loss in a row. It's Vonleh's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 8.5ppg, 7.9rpg and 1.9apg in 67 games.

   #6. James Blackmon (6'4''-G-95, graduated '18, currently in Italy), who plays in the Italian Serie A was not able to help VL Pesaro (6-15) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Blackmon's very good performance VL Pesaro was crushed 105-68 in Trieste by the higher-ranked Alma TR (#7). He was the top scorer with 21 points. This season Blackmon has very high stats. He averages 20.9ppg, 4.1rpg, 2.1apg and 1.7spg.

   #7. D.J. White (6'9''-F/C-86, graduated '08, plays pro in Turkey) was not able to secure a victory for Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul (10-9) in their last game. Despite his good performance Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul was badly defeated 90-73 in a derby game by the second-ranked Fenerbahce. White scored 10 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 34 minutes. He has relatively good stats this year 13.9ppg, 4.9rpg and 1.5apg in 19 games.

   #8. Cody Zeller (7'0''-C/F-92, graduated '13, plays in the NBA) couldn't help the Charlotte Hornets in their game against the Miami Heat in the NBA. Despite his good performance last Wednesday He recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting the same number of rebounds. Zeller has relatively good stats this season 10.1ppg, 6.8rpg and 2.1apg.

   #9. Nick Zeisloft (6'4''-G-92, graduated '16, currently in Spain) couldn't help Delteco Gipuzkoa BC San Sebastian in their game against Unicaja Malaga in the Spanish Liga Endesa, despite his very good performance on Sunday night. He was the top scorer with 19 points in 26 minutes. But his team was badly defeated by 18 points 87-69. Zeisloft has very impressive stats this year 15.5ppg and 1.5rpg in two games.

   #10. O.G. Anunoby (6'7''-F-97, graduated '17, plays pro in the NBA) helped Toronto Raptors win their game against the Miami Heat crushing them 125-104 in the NBA last Sunday. Anunoby scored 11 points. He has relatively good stats this season 7.1ppg and 3.0rpg.
