Here is the weekly review of the top performing Spiders alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. T.J. Cline (6'9''-PF-94, graduated '17, plays pro in Israel) was the major contributor in a Hapoel Unet Holon's victory against the second-ranked Balkan (3-3) 85-81 in the FIBA Europe Cup in Tuesday night's game. He recorded 19 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 26 minutes. It was his first game for Hapoel Unet Holon this season; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Cline's second season in pro basketball. His team is placed sixth in the FIBA Europe Cup. Cline is a naturalized Israeli.

   #2. Darrius Garrett (6'9''-C-90, graduated '12, plays in Greece). Garrett could not help PAOK (8-6) to beat AEK (12-2) in the Basketball Champions League. He recorded 6 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. The fourth-placed PAOK (8-6) was defeated 84-75 at home by the leading AEK in the group B of Basketball Champions League. This season Garrett averages 4.9ppg and 4.2rpg. He is a naturalized Rwandan.

   #3. Experienced Jermaine Bucknor (6'7''-F-83, graduated '06, currently in Germany) led ROMERSTROM Gladiators Trier to a victory over the closely-ranked Rostock (17-10) 82-74 in the German ProA (second division) on Saturday night. He was MVP of the game. Bucknor had a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 9 assists in 31 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. ROMERSTROM Gladiators Trier (13-3) is placed second in the ProA. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Bucknor has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 15.3ppg, 6.2rpg and 3.9apg in 25 games he played so far. Bucknor has also Canadian nationality.

   #4. Terry Allen (6'8''-F-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Israel) was not able to help Ironi Nahariya (5-15) in their last game on Monday. Despite his very good performance Ironi Nahariya was crushed 80-59 on the road by the higher-ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv (#8). Allen was the top scorer with 19 points. He also added 7 boards, passed 3 assists and added 3 steals. Allen's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Allen has relatively good stats this season 13.2ppg, 5.7rpg, 2.1apg and 1.1spg.

   #5. Justin Harper (6'10''-F-89, graduated '11, plays in the NBA G League) was not able to secure a victory for the South Bay Lakers (18-27) in their last game. Despite Harper's very good performance the South Bay Lakers (#4) lost 110-122 in Ontario to the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario. He was the top scorer with 21 points. Harper also added 7 rebounds and 6 assists in 37 minutes. It's Harper's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 10.2ppg, 3.8rpg and 2.0apg in 29 games.

   #6. Kendall Anthony (5'8''-PG-93, graduated '15, currently in France), who plays in the French Jeep ELITE ProA couldn't help one of league's weakest teams BCM Gravelines Dunkerque Grand Littoral (14-7) in their last game on Friday. Despite Anthony's good performance BCM Gravelines Dunkerque Grand Littoral was defeated 88-78 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked Chalons-Reims (#4). He recorded 12 points. This season Anthony has very high stats. He averages 17.3ppg, 2.7rpg and 5.3apg.

   #7. David Gonzalvez (6'4''-G-87, graduated '10, plays pro in Finland) contributed to a 2-point Kouvot's victory against the closely-ranked KTP-Basket 95-93 in the Finnish Korisliiga in Wednesday night's game. He recorded 24 points and added 4 assists in 27 minutes. Gonzalvez has relatively good stats this year 13.4ppg, 2.4rpg and 2.3apg in 25 games.

   #8. Josh Duinker (6'10''-F/C-89, graduated '12, plays in Japan) contributed to a Kumamoto Volters' victory against the fifth-ranked Yamagata 88-74 in the Japanese B2 League last Saturday. Duinker recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 10 rebounds (made all of his six free throws). This season he has very high stats. Duinker averages 20.3ppg, 10.8rpg and 2.9apg. He has also Australian citizenship.

   #9. Tae-Jong Moon (6'6''-F-75, graduated '98, currently in South Korea) helped Mobis Phoebus win their game against the closely-ranked KT Sonicboom 90-79 in the South Korean KBL on Saturday night. Moon scored 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 22 minutes. This year he averages 5.5ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.2apg in 44 games. Moon is a naturalized South Korean.

   #10. Shawndre' Jones (5'11''-PG-94, graduated '17, plays pro in the NBA G League) helped Northern Arizona Suns win their game against the South Bay Lakers 114-100 in the NBA G League in Tuesday night's game. Jones scored 13 points and added 5 passes. This season he averages 6.0ppg, 1.3rpg and 3.4apg.
