Best performed former East Tennessee State University players in pro basketball in last week games

We bring you last week's top former Buccaneers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Jalen Riley (6'0''-PG-93, graduated '15, plays pro in Lithuania) led Palanga to a 1-point victory over the seventh-ranked Neptunas-Akvaservis Klaipeda (20-21) 84-83 in the Lithuanian NKL (second division) last Friday. He was MVP of the game. Riley recorded 28 points (!!!) and grabbed 5 rebounds in 28 minutes. Palanga BC (26-14) is placed third in Places 1-8 group. The Second Stage already ended. Riley has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 26.3ppg, 4.7rpg, 3.9apg and 1.9spg in 36 games he played so far.

   #2. Desonta Bradford (6'4''-G-96, graduated '18, plays in Hungary) led Kormend to a victory over one of league's weakest teams Szedeak (5-16) crushing them 83-62 in the Hungarian A Division on Saturday night. He was MVP of the game. Bradford scored 23 points and added 4 assists; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Egis Kormend (15-6) is placed second in the A Division. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Bradford has relatively good stats this season 13.7ppg, 4.1rpg, 2.6apg and 1.9spg.

   #3. Jalan McCloud (5'11''-PG-95, graduated '18, currently in United Kingdom) was the main contributor in a Bristol Academy Flyers' victory against the seventh-ranked Plymouth Raiders (11-13) 95-79 in the British BBL in Friday night's game. McCloud was MVP of the game. He had a double-double by scoring 21 points and making 10 passes. McCloud also added and 3 steals in 30 minutes; not bad, considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Bristol Academy Flyers (13-3) is placed first in the BBL. McCloud has very impressive stats this year 16.6ppg, 2.9rpg, 3.5apg and 1.8spg in 17 games.

   #4. Tevin Glass (6'9''-F-94, graduated '17, plays pro in Taiwan) contributed to a Formosa Dreamers' victory against the league leader SM Beermen (18-5) 79-71 in the ASEAN League last Sunday. He was MVP of the game. Glass recorded a double-double by scoring 27 points and getting 12 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Formosa Dreamers (17-6) are placed second in the ASEAN League. It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the ASEAN League Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This season Glass has very high stats. He averages 20.0ppg, 10.0rpg, 2.6apg and 1.6spg.

   #5. Isaac Banks (6'7''-F-94, graduated '17, plays in Georgia) could not help Rustavi in their last game. Despite his very good performance Rustavi lost 65-77 on the road to the lower-ranked (#5) TSU-Hyundai. Banks had a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 12 rebounds. He also added 4 assists and 3 steals in 39 minutes. It's Banks' first season with the team. Banks has relatively good stats this year 13.9ppg, 9.3rpg, 3.8apg, 2.3bpg and 1.3spg in 12 games.

   #6. Devontavius Payne (6'2''-G-95, graduated '18, currently in United Kingdom) helped Plymouth University Raiders win their game against one of league's weakest teams Scorchers 108-89 in the British BBL in Sunday night's game. Payne scored 13 points. He has relatively good stats this season 11.0ppg, 2.9rpg, 1.1apg and 1.2spg.

   #7. Dante Williams (6'3''-G-87, graduated '09, plays pro in Sweden) was not able to help one of league's weakest teams Uppsala Basket (1-31) in their last game. Despite his good performance the bottom-ranked Uppsala Basket lost 88-97 in Koping to the one of league's weakest teams (#9) Stars. Williams recorded 14 points in 30 minutes. He has relatively good stats this year 11.8ppg, 2.6rpg and 2.4apg in 11 games. Williams is a naturalized Jamaican. Williams is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

   #8. Adam Sollazzo (6'6''-G-90, graduated '12, plays in France) managed to help Chartres Basket Masculins to win against the 12th-ranked Lille Metropole 85-77 in the French ProB (second division) on Saturday night. Sollazzo scored only 4 points. This season he averages 7.7ppg, 2.7rpg and 2.6apg. Sollazzo is a naturalized Italian.
