We bring you last week's top former Warhawks players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Jamaal Samuel (6'9''-F-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Dominican Republic) could not help Plaza (0-2) in their game last Wednesday. Despite his very good performance the fourth-placed Plaza (0-2) was defeated 104-94 in a derby game by the leading Sameji in the Places 1-4 group. Samuel was the top scorer with 24 points. He also added 7 rebounds and 3 assists in 35 minutes. There are only four games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. Samuel has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 21.0ppg, 5.5rpg and 2.0apg. Samuel is a naturalized Virgin Islander.

#2. Experienced Lawrence Gilbert (6'7''-F-86, graduated '11, plays in Tunisia) led his Tunisian team JS Kairouan to a victory over the closely-ranked Rivers Hoopers (1-2) crushing them 91-70 in the Africa Basketball League in Sunday night's game. Gilbert was MVP of the game. He scored 29 points (!!!) and grabbed 5 rebounds. J.S.Kairouan (2-1) is placed second in group A. The Regular Season already ended in the Africa Basketball League. Gilbert has very impressive stats this year 18.0ppg and 6.0rpg in three games he played so far.

#3. Tylor Ongwae (6'7''-F-91, graduated '15, currently in Denmark) contributed to an easy victory against the leader Ironi Nes-Ziona (4-2) 91-74 in the FIBA Europe Cup last Wednesday. Ongwae recorded 10 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals in 25 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group L. Bakken Bears (3-3) is placed second. It's Ongwae's first season with the team. This year he averages 9.9ppg, 4.2rpg, 2.1apg and 1.3spg.

#4. Majok Deng (6'10''-F-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Australia) was the major contributor in a Forestville Eagles' victory against the tenth-ranked Eastern Mavericks (0-2) crushing them 112-72 in the Australian State League (second division) on Saturday night. Deng had a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 16 rebounds. He also added 4 assists, 2 blocks and 3 steals; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Deng's third season in pro basketball. Forestville Eagles (2-0) are placed second in Premier League. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Deng has very impressive stats this year 23.5ppg, 9.0rpg, 2.5apg, 1.5bpg and 2.0spg in two games.

#5. Demondre Harvey (6'7''-F/C-93, graduated '16, plays in Argentina) contributed to a 2-point Parque Sur's victory against the fourth-ranked Rocamora (16-14) 87-85 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) in Friday night's game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 10 rebounds. Harvey also added 4 blocks in 37 minutes; not bad, considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. Parque Sur de Concepcion del Uruguay (13-17) is placed fifth in South - C.South group. It was Parque Sur's third consecutive victory in a row. Harvey has relatively good stats this season 12.4ppg, 7.0rpg and 1.1bpg.

#6. Justin Roberson (6'1''-G-93, graduated '16, currently in Switzerland) contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Starwings 85-70 in the Swiss SBL last Saturday. Roberson scored 8 points. This year Roberson averages 9.8ppg, 3.1rpg, 3.6apg and 1.6spg in 17 games.
