We bring you last week's top former Beavers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Jared Cunningham (6'5''-G-91, graduated '12, plays pro in Italy) was the major contributor in a Germani BR's victory against the closely-ranked VL Pesaro (6-14) 92-86 in the Italian Serie A on Sunday night. He scored 16 points in 25 minutes. Germani Brescia Leonessa (9-11) is placed 12th in the Serie A. Cunningham has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 15.1ppg, 3.3rpg, 2.2apg and 1.3spg.

   #2. Joe Burton (6'7''-F-90, graduated '13, plays in France) could not help ADA Blois Basket 41 (10-10) in their last game. Despite his very good performance ADA Blois Basket 41 was edged 84-82 on the road by the lower-ranked (#12) Paris. Burton had a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 10 rebounds. It's Burton's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 13.1ppg, 7.8rpg, 2.7apg and 1.4spg in 20 games he played so far.

   #3. Olaf Schaftenaar (6'10''-F-93, graduated '16, currently in Holland) led Zwolle to a victory against the closely-ranked Den Bosch (16-7) 76-69 in the Dutch Eredivisie last Thursday. He scored 11 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 43 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Landstede Basketbal Zwolle (22-2) is placed first in the Eredivisie. It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Schaftenaar has relatively good stats this season 10.3ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.2apg.

   #4. Gary Payton II (6'3''-G-92, graduated '16, plays pro in the NBA G League) contributed to a Rio Grande Valley Vipers' victory against the Stockton Kings (27-17) 117-112 in the NBA G League on Friday night. He scored 17 points, had 6 boards, passed 6 assists and added 3 steals; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Payton II's third season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group W Southwest. The Rio Grande Valley Vipers have a solid 31-15 record this season. There are only four games left until the end of the NBA G League Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Payton II has very impressive stats this year 16.0ppg, 7.8rpg, 6.2apg and 2.9spg in 21 games.

   #5. Angus Brandt (6'10''-C-89, graduated '14, plays in Australia) helped Perth Wildcats win their game against the league leader United (18-10) 81-71 in the Australian NBL in Friday night's game. He recorded 14 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 26 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Perth Wildcats (18-10) are placed second in the NBL. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. It's Brandt's first season with the team. This year Brandt averages 8.0ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.3apg.

   #6. Devon Collier (6'8''-PF-91, graduated '14, currently in Puerto Rico) helped Indios de Mayaguez win their game against the league outsider Atleticos 95-81 in the Puerto Rican BSN last Sunday. He scored 17 points, grabbed 7 boards, handed out 3 passes and blocked 3 shots. Collier has relatively good stats this year 14.5ppg, 6.5rpg, 2.5apg, 2.0bpg and 2.0spg in two games. He is a naturalized Puerto Rican.

   #7. Omari Johnson (6'9''-F-89, graduated '11, plays pro in the NBA G League) helped Fort Wayne Mad Ants win their game against the Lakeland Magic 110-98 in the NBA G League on Friday night. He scored 13 points, had 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 30 minutes. Johnson has relatively good stats this season 14.3ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.2apg. He is a naturalized Jamaican.

   #8. Drew Eubanks (6'10''-F-97, graduated '18, plays in the NBA) managed to help San Antonio Spurs in a 1-point victory against the Denver Nuggets 104-103 in the NBA in Monday night's game. He scored only 2 points. This year Eubanks averages 2.3ppg and 1.3rpg in 17 games.

   #9. Charles Barton (6'4''-PG-92, graduated '14, currently in Belgium) was not able to help Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen in their game against Antwerp Giants in the Belgian Euromillions League. He cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. Barton scored only 2 points in 29 minutes. His team was crushed by 22 points 84-62. He has relatively good stats this season 13.2ppg, 2.4rpg and 3.2apg.

   #10. Roeland Schaftenaar (6'11''-F/C-88, graduated '10, plays pro in Greece) helped Ionikos Nikaias win their game against the closely-ranked Ermis Agias crushing them 113-83 in the Greek A2 (second division) on Saturday night. Schaftenaar scored 7 points. This year he averages 7.8ppg and 3.8rpg in 13 games.
