Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top former Cougars players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Eric Mika (6'10''-F-95, graduated '17, plays pro in Germany) could not help medi Bayreuth (5-9) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the seventh-placed medi Bayreuth (5-9) lost 73-83 on the road to the higher-ranked (#3) Neptunas in the group D of Basketball Champions League. Mika had a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 11 rebounds in 24 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. The Regular Season already ended in the Basketball Champions League. Mika has relatively good stats this year 12.0ppg and 6.3rpg in four games he played so far.

#2. Brandon Davies (6'10''-C-91, graduated '13, plays in Lithuania) was not able to help Zalgiris in their game against FC Barcelona (13-9) in the Euroleague. Davies recorded 8 points. Zalgiris was defeated 78-72 in Barcelona by the much higher-ranked FC Barcelona (#5). It was Zalgiris' third consecutive loss in a row. Davies has relatively good stats this season 14.0ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.9apg.

#3. L.J. Rose (6'3''-G-93, graduated '17, currently in Latvia) led Valga-Valka to a victory over the closely-ranked Latvijas Universitate (6-16) 84-76 in the Latvian LatEstBL on Sunday night. Rose was MVP of the game. He scored 20 points, had 8 rebounds and dished 7 assists in 31 minutes; not bad, considering it's only Rose's second season in pro basketball. BC Valga-Valka/Maks&Moorits (6-14) is placed 12th in the LatEstBL. Rose has relatively good stats this year 14.0ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.9apg in 22 games. He is a naturalized Bahamian.

#4. Agustin Ambrosino (6'8''-C/F-90, graduated '13, plays pro in Argentina) contributed to a Estudiantes Concordia's surprising victory against the sixth-ranked Gimnasia (9-6) 92-87 in the Argentinian La Liga in Sunday night's game. Ambrosino scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Estudiantes Concordia (6-10) is placed 14th in the La Liga. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This season Ambrosino averages 3.1ppg and 2.9rpg. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

#5. Jonathan Tavernari (6'6''-SF-87, graduated '10, plays in Italy) helped Givova Scafati win their game against the seventh-ranked Benacquista LT (12-9) 92-87 in the Italian Serie A2 (second division) last Sunday. He scored 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 18 minutes. Givova Scafati Basket (11-10) is placed ninth in West group. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Tavernari averages 7.4ppg and 3.1rpg in 12 games. He has also Italian citizenship.
