Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top former Gaels players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Jock Landale (6'11''-C-95, graduated '18, plays pro in Serbia) led his Serbian team BC Partizan NiS Beograd to a victory over the closely-ranked Buducnost (13-6) 76-67 in the ABA League last Sunday. He was MVP of the game. Landale recorded 23 points and added 3 assists in 29 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. BC Partizan NiS Beograd (13-6) is placed third in the ABA League. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the ABA League Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Landale has relatively good stats this year 12.1ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.9apg and 1.1bpg in 19 games he played so far.

#2. Mickey McConnell (6'0''-PG-89, graduated '11, plays in France) was the major contributor in a Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez's victory against the sixth-ranked Chalon/Saor (11-9) 82-78 in the French Jeep ELITE on Sunday night. He scored 15 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 7 assists. Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez (14-6) is placed second in the Jeep ELITE. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. It's McConnell's first season with the team. McConnell has relatively good stats this year 12.3ppg, 3.6rpg, 5.7apg and 1.3spg.

#3. Patrick Mills (6'0''-PG-88, graduated '09, currently in the NBA), who plays in the NBA could not help the San Antonio Spurs (32-26) in their last game. Despite Mills' very good performance the San Antonio Spurs (32-26) were crushed 141-102 on the road by the Golden State Warriors. He was the top scorer with 16 points. Mills also added 4 passes in a mere 17 minutes. It was Spurs' fourth consecutive loss in a row. It's Mills' seventh season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 9.9ppg, 2.3rpg and 3.1apg in 58 games.

#4. Experienced Daniel Kickert (6'10''-C/F-83, graduated '06, plays pro in Australia) contributed to a Sydney Kings' victory against the league leader United (17-9) 97-85 in the Australian NBL last Friday. Kickert scored 18 points. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Sydney Kings (17-10) are placed third in the NBL. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Kickert has relatively good stats this season 10.4ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.2apg. He has also Australian citizenship.

#5. Matthew Dellavedova (6'4''-G-90, graduated '13, plays in the NBA) helped Cleveland Cavaliers win their game against the New York Knicks (10-46) 107-104 in the NBA on Monday night. Dellavedova scored 12 points and added 6 assists in 27 minutes. The Cleveland Cavaliers have not so impressive 12-45 record this season. It was his team's first victory after four consecutive loses. Dellavedova has relatively good stats this year 7.8ppg, 1.8rpg and 3.7apg in 27 games.

#6. Ian O'Leary (6'7''-F-86, graduated '09, currently in Spain), who plays in the Spanish Liga Endesa was not able to help Montakit Fuenlabrada (7-13) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his good performance Montakit Fuenlabrada was crushed 106-76 in Barcelona by the leading FC Barcelona. O'Leary scored 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. This season O'Leary averages 5.2ppg and 3.6rpg. He is a naturalized Irish.

#7. Matt Hodgson (6'11''-C-91, graduated '14, plays pro in Australia) helped Brisbane Bullets win their game against the closely-ranked Illawarra Hawks 98-87 in the Australian NBL last Thursday. He scored 14 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 27 minutes. This year Hodgson averages 9.7ppg and 6.2rpg in 26 games.

#8. Joe Rahon (6'2''-G-93, graduated '17, plays in Germany) was not able to secure a victory for Basketball Loewen Braunschweig in their game against Science City Jena in the German BBL. Naar couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Illawarra Hawks in their game against Bullets, despite his good performance in Thursday night's game. He scored 11 points in a mere 16 minutes. But his team lost 87-98. This year Naar averages 4.0ppg, 1.4rpg and 3.0apg in 27 games.
