Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top former Panthers players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Talib Zanna (6'9''-F/C-90, graduated '14, plays pro in Israel) led his Israeli team Ironi Hai Motors Nes-Ziona to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Alba (3-3) 96-80 in the FIBA Europe Cup last Wednesday. He had a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 10 rebounds in 33 minutes. Ironi Hai Motors Nes-Ziona (4-2) is placed third in group J. There are only two games left until the end of the FIBA Europe Cup Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. This year Zanna averages 8.7ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.7spg in three games he played so far.

#2. Lamar Patterson (6'5''-G/F-91, graduated '14, plays in Australia) led Brisbane Bullets to a victory over the closely-ranked Illawarra Hawks (12-15) 98-87 in the Australian NBL on Thursday night. He was MVP of the game. Patterson scored 24 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 4 assists. Brisbane Bullets (13-14) are placed fifth in the NBL. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Patterson has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 17.9ppg, 6.4rpg, 3.7apg and 1.3spg.

#3. Steven Adams (7'0''-C/F-93, graduated '13, currently in the NBA) contributed to an Oklahoma City Thunder's victory against the Orlando Magic (25-32) 132-122 in the NBA in Tuesday night's game. He scored 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 36 minutes. The Oklahoma City Thunder has a solid 37-19 record this season. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. It's Adams' sixth year with the team. Adams has very impressive stats this season 15.0ppg, 9.7rpg, 1.7apg and 1.6spg in 53 games.

#4. Michael Young (6'9''-F-94, graduated '17, plays pro in France) was the main contributor in a Cholet Basket's victory against the closely-ranked JL Bourg (16-4) 89-82 in the French Jeep ELITE last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Young scored 18 points and grabbed 6 rebounds; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Cholet Basket (19-1) is placed first in the Jeep ELITE. It was his team's 18th consecutive victory in a row. It's Young's first year with the team. Young has relatively good stats this season 14.9ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.5apg.

#5. DeJuan Blair (6'7''-F/C-89, graduated '09, plays in the NBA G League) contributed to a 2-point Austin Spurs' victory against the Oklahoma City Blue (25-12) 111-109 in the NBA G League on Friday night. Blair recorded 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in a mere 18 minutes. The Austin Spurs have 16-20 record this season. It's Blair's first year with the team. This year he averages 7.4ppg, 4.4rpg and 1.4apg in 17 games.

#6. Sheldon Jeter (6'8''-F-94, graduated '17, currently in the NBA G League), who plays in the NBA G League could not help the Maine Red Claws (13-22) in their last game on Monday. Despite Jeter's very good performance the Maine Red Claws (#5) were defeated 121-112 on the road by the Raptors 905 Missisauga. He was the second best scorer with 20 points. This season Jeter averages 6.1ppg and 2.3rpg.

#7. Brad Wanamaker (6'4''-G-89, graduated '11, plays pro in the NBA) contributed to a Boston Celtics' victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers 103-96 in the NBA last Tuesday. He scored 7 points in 18 minutes. This year Wanamaker averages 3.7ppg and 1.4apg in 25 games.

#8. Experienced Tyrell Biggs (6'8''-F-86, graduated '09, plays in Cyprus) helped AEK Larnaca win their game against the closely-ranked Apoel 75-67 in the Cypriot Division A on Sunday night. He scored 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. This season Biggs averages 8.1ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.1apg. He is a naturalized Cypriot.
