Here is the weekly review of the top performing Tigers alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Experienced James Mays (6'9''-F/C-86, graduated '08, plays pro in South Korea) led LG Sakers to a 2-point victory over the closely-ranked KT Sonicboom (23-19) 95-93 in the South Korean KBL on Wednesday night. He was MVP of the game. Mays recorded a double-double by scoring 43 points and getting 30 rebounds (made all of his nine free throws !!!) in 42 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Changwon LG Sakers (22-20) are placed fourth in the KBL. It's Mays' first season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Mays averages 26.5ppg, 14.1rpg, 1.8apg and 1.5spg. He is a naturalized Central African.

   #2. Jerai Grant (6'8''-F/C-89, graduated '11, plays in Lithuania) was the major contributor in Neptunas' victory against the closely-ranked Juventus (8-15) 89-88 in the Lithuanian LKL in Saturday night's game. He recorded 16 points. Neptunas Klaipeda (17-5) is placed third in the LKL. Grant has relatively good stats this year 12.9ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.6apg in 21 games he played so far.

   #3. Gabe DeVoe (6'3''-G-95, graduated '18, currently in Poland) led his Polish team Stelmet Enea BC Zielona Gora to a victory against the closely-ranked Avtodor (6-10) 108-100 in the VTB United League last Sunday. DeVoe recorded 13 points in a mere 17 minutes. Stelmet Enea BC Zielona Gora (4-11) is placed 11th in the VTB United League. This season DeVoe averages 7.6ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.9apg.

   #4. Clifford Hammonds (6'3''-PG-85, graduated '08, plays pro in Belgium) contributed to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked Limburg United (6-10) 102-87 in the Belgian Euromillions League on Wednesday night. Hammonds recorded 11 points and added 9 passes. Proximus Spirou Charleroi (4-0) is placed second in the Euromillions League. So far his team won all four games in the Regular Season. This year Hammonds averages 7.9ppg, 2.0rpg and 3.4apg in 15 games.

   #5. K.J. McDaniels (6'6''-G/F-93, graduated '14, plays in the NBA G League) could not help the Oklahoma City Blue (25-12) in their game last Sunday. Despite McDaniels' very good performance the Oklahoma City Blue was edged 113-110 on the road by the South Bay Lakers. He was the top scorer with 23 points. McDaniels also added 5 rebounds and made 4 blocks in 25 minutes. McDaniels has relatively good stats this season 13.1ppg, 5.7rpg, 1.5apg and 1.5bpg.

   #6. Damarcus Harrison (6'4''-G-92, graduated '15, currently in Latvia), who plays in the Latvian LatEstBL was not able to help TLU/Kalev (10-12) in their last game. Despite his very good performance TLU/Kalev was edged 84-82 at home by the lower-ranked (#9) Tartu Ulikool. Harrison was the second best scorer with 15 points. He also added 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists. Harrison has relatively good stats this year 12.1ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.6apg and 1.5spg in 19 games.

   #7. Landry Nnoko (6'10''-C-94, graduated '16, plays pro in Germany) managed to help ALBA Berlin to win against the fourth-ranked Partizan crushing them 97-74 in the Eurocup on Wednesday night. Nnoko scored only 2 points in 10 minutes. This season Nnoko averages 6.0ppg and 6.6rpg.

   #8. Jaron Blossomgame (6'7''-F-93, graduated '17, plays in the NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Cleveland Cavaliers in their game against the Boston Celtics in the NBA. He scored only 4 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. His team lost 96-103 in the NBA. This year Blossomgame averages 4.2ppg and 3.6rpg in 27 games.
