#2. Trevor Mbakwe (6'10''-C/F-89, graduated '13, plays in Japan) could not help Osaka Evessa (15-25) in their last game. Despite Mbakwe's very good performance the fourth-placed Osaka Evessa (15-25) was crushed 100-72 on the road by the lower-ranked (#4) Toyama Grouses in the West group. He had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 10 rebounds. Mbakwe also added 3 assists. This year Mbakwe averages 8.4ppg, 7.0rpg and 2.1apg in seven games he played so far. He is a naturalized Nigerian.

#3. Maverick Ahanmisi (6'2''-G-91, graduated '14, currently in Philippines) contributed to a Rain or Shine's victory against the tenth-ranked Alaska Aces (1-1) 85-72 in the Filipino PBA last Sunday. Despite his very good performance Umea lost 84-91 in Boras to the higher-ranked (#3) Basket. Mathieu was the top scorer with 26 points. It's Mathieu's first season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Mathieu averages 17.2ppg, 4.5rpg, 6.1apg and 2.2spg in 26 games.

#5. Maurice Walker (6'10''-C-91, graduated '15, plays in France) helped SO Maritime Boulogne win their game against the tenth-ranked Charleville-Mezieres (9-14) 101-83 in the French NM1 (third division) in Saturday night's game.
